Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring effective communication and organization of guest requests and activities. You will help maintain high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction while coordinating across hotel departments.

The role involves managing calls, staffing, and room status, with opportunities to lead special projects and growth within Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative, housekeeping, or coordination role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Excellent customer service with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming Housekeeping calls and direct requests promptly.
• Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and support special projects to enhance services and quality.
• Prepare room assignment boards and review staffing for shifts.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and files.
• Monitor guest traces, special requests, and service recovery opportunities.
• Review guest profiles and fulfill Housekeeping preferences and requests.
• Respond to guest needs timely and escalate concerns when needed.
• Communicate room status updates and engineering issues per procedures.
• Assist with room inspection, cleaning, and preparation as required.
• Foster positive relationships with House Attendants and other departments.
