You’ll coordinate room assignments, track status, and assist with reporting, scheduling, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and status updates.
• Maintain communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and leadership.
• Track room status, arrivals, departures, VIP rooms, and priorities.
• Respond to guest requests, radio calls, and operational needs promptly.
• Assist with admin tasks: reporting, data entry, scheduling, inventory tracking.
• Support onboarding, team assignments, and daily department organization.
