Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a full-time environmental services/housekeeping team member at Morton Plant Rehab facility in Florida. The role covers cleaning patient rooms and non-patient areas, handling linen distribution, and basic equipment maintenance. Flexible team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Shift is 7:00AM–3:30PM; weekend work is required every other weekend. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospital housekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean occupied and discharged patient rooms, offices and non-patient areas.
• Distribute linens and manage linen stock.
• Maintain and assist with equipment and supply maintenance.

• Responsible for performing various cleaning and departmental functions in assigned patient and non-patient areas which include:
• Cleaning occupied and discharged patient rooms, as well as offices and ancillary areas
• Linen distribution
• Equipment and supply maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
