Role Overview

House Attendant – Colorado Springs Marriott – maintain hotel cleanliness and enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to ensure their stay is satisfactory.
• Perform cleaning duties and keep hotel floors, public areas, and rooms pristine.
• Walk assigned floors at shift start and end to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Retrieve and distribute clean linen, refill par stock of linen in floor pantries.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to guest rooms upon request.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during spring cleaning.
• Refill guest‑amenities and supplies in floor pantries.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to lift, carry, and move loads of at least 25 lbs; navigate tight spaces and carts up to 100 lbs.
• Weekend availability required.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
