Job summary

The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, set schedules, inspect guestrooms and public areas, and coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests swiftly.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, fluent English, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Spanish language is helpful.
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity.
• High school math level required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas
