The Sunny Hotel by Davidson Hospitality Group in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will lead a team, maintain high standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant oceanfront setting.

We value energetic, detail-oriented professionals with prior housekeeping leadership and strong communication skills who thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
• Fluent English required; Spanish helpful
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity
• High school math level understood
• Two years housekeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas
• Coordinate with departments on statuses
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests
• Assist in training and coaching of team members
• Lead housekeeping operations to maintain clean, welcoming environments
