Job summary

The Sunny, a new oceanfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the daily housekeeping operations and sustain superior cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role requires energy, leadership, and a proven housekeeping track record to manage a busy team and ensure pristine guest spaces.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of housekeeping experience, fluent English, and strong scheduling skills. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior housekeeping experience.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.
• Fluent in English; Spanish helpful for guest interactions.
• Strong scheduling and productivity skills.
• High school math level is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a team of staff.
• Coordinate with other departments on statuses and special requests.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain standards.
• Respond to guest requests and address complaints promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas
