MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead site housekeeping operations and drive quality and timeliness. You will supervise Housekeepers, Housemen, and Supervisors, train staff, and ensure rooms meet standards while maintaining safety and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• One year of related supervisory/lead supervisor experience within MasterCorp or similar.
• Travel: Rare, about 5% quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Turn units on time by directing housekeeping staff.
• Direct work of Housekeepers, Housemen, and Supervisors.
• Train new Housekeepers on 7 Steps Processes.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain inventory and purchase requests; report issues.
