Peachtree Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department, plan and organize operations, and develop hourly staff in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure the highest quality guest care.

The role involves staffing, scheduling, training, and managing daily activities, while ensuring OSHA compliance and preparing the annual housekeeping budget to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Supervises all housekeeping employees; hires new employees as needed; discharges employees when necessary and takes disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department.
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.

• Pay or shift range: $78,000 USD to $82,000 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care are maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff.

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department
• Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
• Supervises all housekeeping employees hires new employees as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
