Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa in Orlando, FL. Lead daily housekeeping operations to ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate with other departments, and coach team members to deliver impeccable stays for guests. Strong leadership and 2 years of housekeeping experience required; English fluency is essential, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior housekeeping experience with Marriott experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently; Spanish communication is a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity.
• High school math level required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas.
• Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses.
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests.
• Assist in training, coaching and development of team members.
