Carolina Breeze Vacations by Casago is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations across Holden Beach, Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, and surrounding North Carolina properties. You will ensure cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness while mentoring a team and coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, drive quality, and maintain accurate records, with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping, vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or a related field
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all properties are cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready on schedule
• Build and manage housekeeping schedules based on arrivals, departures, occupancy, and staffing needs
• Supervise, train, coach, and hold housekeeping team members accountable for performance and quality standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping vendors and cleaners to ensure adequate coverage and consistent service
• Conduct property inspections and quality-control checks, addressing cleanliness or presentation concerns promptly
• Monitor housekeeping tasks and workflows to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time
• Respond quickly to same-day cleaning issues, guest concerns, call-outs, and other operational changes
• Manage linen, housekeeping supplies, and inventory to ensure teams have the resources needed to complete their work
• Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Property Management to communicate property issues and keep homes guest-ready
• Identify recurring housekeeping concerns and implement processes, training, or corrective action to improve performance
• Maintain accurate documentation related to housekeeping performance, property issues, and vendor services
• Support field operations when needed and participate in the emergency/on-call rotation as assigned

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations for Carolina Breeze Vacations by Casago. This role is responsible for ensuring our vacation rental homes consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness while providing strong leadership and accountability across our housekeeping team and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage schedules and changing priorities, and takes ownership of results. You'll play a key role in developing a dependable housekeeping operation, supporting and coaching team members, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring every property is prepared to deliver an exceptional guest and homeowner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all properties are cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready on schedule.
