You will lead a team, conduct training, manage schedules, and resolve operational challenges. The ideal candidate should possess supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in hotel/motel/timeshare/resort in a supervisory role.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and at least 4 years of driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee Housekeeping staff, demonstrating company values.
• Schedule daily cleanings and inspect units and common areas.
• Support hiring, training, and motivation of staff.
• Provide direct supervision of housekeeping staff.
