Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney Resort, Brownsville, VT, is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical and cabinetry. The role requires 3+ years in related fields and a strong tool skillset, with teamwork to service guest villas.

Applicant must handle in-house tasks, follow safety standards, and document maintenance activities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three to four years of field experience with trade skills.
• Experience in resort/hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform skilled finish/trim-out construction.
• Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, flooring and laminate repair.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs for tiles, wallboard, carpentry, cabinetry and granite.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance concerns and questions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough carpentry to trim work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.
