Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Napa to lead daily Housekeeping operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold audit and financial standards. The role supervises a substantial team and ensures top service quality.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of housekeeping leadership and hospitality experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of housekeeping leadership and hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure quality guest experience.
• Support audit standards and manage the financial aspects of the department.
• Oversee a staff of 75 or more and ensure compliance with standards.
