Job summary

The Westin Tempe, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a FT - Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires AM/PM availability, including weekends and holidays, and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.

You will guide the staff, ensure adherence to safety policies, and drive efforts for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory and/or management experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move around hotel interiors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure staff adheres to Crescent standards of product and service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
