Job summary

The Westin Tempe, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The role requires AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a focus on guest satisfaction and high standards.

You'll supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate daily operations, and uphold Crescent's service standards while fostering a positive work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory and/or management experience in Hotel industry preferred.
• Housekeeping department experience highly desirable.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping staff to maintain guest suites and public spaces.
• Ensure service meets Crescent standards of product and service.
• Support room attendants and housepersons with supplies and tasks.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
