Job summary

The Westin Tempe is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. AM/PM shifts required, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

As a supervisor with at least two years in hotel management, you will mentor room attendants, coordinate supplies, and ensure safety standards. We value teamwork, reliability, and a professional, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience in hotel industry.
• Housekeeping department experience highly desirable.
• Must be able to communicate in English and work well in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move around the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist room attendants and housepersons with supplies and tools.
• Plan and implement hotel-wide changes affecting amenity set-ups or communications pieces.
• Monitor use of hazardous chemicals and HazCom program compliance.
• Expedite guest requests.
• Other duties as requested.
