Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.

• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, safety practices, and operational procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping personnel and external staff; ensure 7-day operations and events coverage.
• Train new staff in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing.
