Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Manager for the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando. You will oversee daily shift operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, directing staff to maintain clean guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas while monitoring the operating budget.

You will inspect guestrooms, manage staffing and training, and ensure adherence to SOPs/LSOPs to achieve high guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years' experience in housekeeping or related area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
• Experience in managing housekeeping operations and budgets.
• Leading HR activities and staff development.

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action.
