You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage schedules, and coordinate readiness for events and tournaments, delivering exceptional hospitality in a private club setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive housekeeping experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in private club or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience managing employee performance, training, and budgets.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.

This position leads and develops the housekeeping team, manages daily operations and quality assurance programs, coordinates facility readiness for club events and tournaments, and ensures all areas of the Club reflect the exceptional standards expected by members and guests.
