Job summary

Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across club facilities, including dining rooms, lounges, locker rooms, and event spaces. This full-time role offers a 3PM-11:30PM shift and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work independently and with a team, uphold high standards of confidentiality and hospitality, and contribute to a welcoming environment for members and guests at a historic private club established in 1936.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, and/or country club) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism around members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all club facilities, including clubhouse common areas, dining rooms and lounges, locker rooms and restrooms, fitness and wellness facilities, meeting and event spaces, administrative offices, and hallways/entrances.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and locker room supplies including soap, paper products, towels, and amenities.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other reflective surfaces.
• Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards promptly.
