Qualifications

• Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of turf care, irrigation, and landscaping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, trees, and roughs to maintain playing surfaces.
• Rake bunkers, repair divots, and perform turf care tasks.
• Assist irrigation management, monitor and repair sprinkler systems.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and turf treatments under supervision.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Remove debris, trim trees, and maintain course aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the course, ensuring a high-quality playing surface and an exceptional experience for members and guests.
