Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) seeks a friendly, compassionate leader to join our hospital housekeeping team at Christus St. Michael Hospital.

You will help lead a goal-oriented department to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, with no prior housekeeping experience required—just a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, training, inspections, and collaborating with leadership to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Location: Christus St. Michael Hospital Pay Rate: Salary - Salary Plan, 57,000.00 USD Annual Work Shift: 12:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. (United States of America)

Salary: $55-57k DOE Shift: Afternoon - 2 pm to 11 pm Location: Christus St. Michaels Hospital

Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team! Assist with leading a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal. No housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

• Experience managing a team
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
• Manage a team
