PROACTIVE Vacations is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations for vacation rental properties in Supply, NC. You will recruit, train, and supervise housekeepers and inspectors, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality standards to ensure guest-ready homes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to cleanliness. You will manage rates, invoices, and seasonal deep cleans while collaborating with other departments

• At least 2 years of experience in vacation rental property management.
• Previous housekeeping, cleaning operations, or hospitality management experience.

• Customer service experience with the ability to resolve concerns professionally.

• Proficient typing and data-entry skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work Saturdays and overtime during peak seasons.

Position Summary

PROACTIVE Vacations is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations for our vacation rental properties.

This position is responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, recruiting and managing housekeeping contractors and property inspectors, maintaining quality standards, organizing seasonal deep cleans, and overseeing housekeeping rates and invoices. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader who communicates well, takes initiative, and is committed to delivering consistently clean and guest-ready vacation homes.

Compensation, Benefits & More

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus bonus/incentive compensation

Benefits: Paid time off and professional development assistance

Schedule: Full-time, year-round position

• June through August: Saturdays required, averaging 45-50 hours per week
• April, May, September, and October: Alternating Saturdays required, averaging approximately 45 hours per week
• November through March: Some Saturdays required, averaging approximately 40 hours per week
• Overtime is required during portions of the April through October peak season
