Superior Shores Resort in Two Harbors, MN is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet our cleanliness and quality standards.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, conduct room inspections, coordinate with other departments, monitor safety, and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment.

Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the resort's cleanliness and quality standards. This role supervises housekeeping staff, manages schedules, conducts room inspections, coordinates with other departments, maintains inventory and supplies, ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and provides training and coaching to promote exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. The Housekeeping Manager is also responsible for addressing guest concerns, monitoring productivity, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment
