Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and guest ready. You will support staffing, scheduling, training, and quality control while maintaining strong communication between departments.

You will lead daily operations, train and supervise teams, inspect rooms, manage inventory, and ensure safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow.
• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records.
