Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor to lead quality checks and support the housekeeping team across rooms and public spaces.

You will inspect rooms, guide attendants, and ensure brand and safety standards are met while coordinating with front desk and management. This role emphasizes hands-on supervision and training within a thriving hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.

• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.

The Role
