Hyatt House | Hyatt Place in San Jose, CA is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and delivering the highest level of guest care. You will staff, schedule, train, and develop hourly employees while maintaining budgets and inventory.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, planning for guest satisfaction, hiring and disciplinary actions, inventory control, and safety compliance with OSHA

Housekeeping Manager – Hyatt House | Hyatt Place - San Jose, CA

Compensation: $78,000–$82,000 per year

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care are maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff.

• Supervises all housekeeping employees hires new employees as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
