You will lead and train teams, manage scheduling and payroll, ensure safety, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong eye for detail, organization, and aesthetics.
• Excellent understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and luxury presentation throughout the resort. This role oversees all housekeeping operations — including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces — ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the resort’s five-star standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
