Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces at our luxury Marthon, FL resort. The role focuses on maintaining five-star cleanliness, order, and an inviting environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required to sustain impeccable service across the property.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver luxury-level cleanliness and service.
• Maintain daily inspection routines for guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces.
• Ensure all guest accommodations and resort areas meet brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback with quick resolutions.
• Monitor performance and coach team members to foster pride, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Oversee deep cleaning, event setups, and seasonal maintenance programs.
• Uphold sustainability practices in product use and operations.
