EOS Hospitality in Florida is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee luxury-level cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. • Monitor performance, coach team members, and foster a culture of pride, teamwork, and professionalism.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and luxury presentation throughout the resort. This role oversees all housekeeping operations — including guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces — ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the resort’s five‑star standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and passionate about creating a pristine and welcoming environment.
