Makeready LLC's Denver property seeks an experienced housekeeping leader to drive daily operations, supervise room and public-area cleanliness, and uphold high standards of sanitation. You will guide a team to ensure guest rooms and spaces are maintained to the brand's quality expectations.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across departments while aligning with financial and guest-service objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members.

• Obtain lists of rooms to be cleaned and check-outs to assign work.
• Stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies.
• Supervise an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public areas.
• Understand the impact of housekeeping on financial goals.

This leader is honest and thoughtful at the same time and helps their team meet daily departmental functions. They understand the orchestra that is managing housekeeping functions and a team on a daily basis to ensure property guest rooms, public space and team member areas are clean, well maintained and picture perfect. This leader not only holds themselves, but their team to a high standard of excellence in the overall housekeeping operations but also guarantees the cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guests rooms and other assigned areas as their own.

Requested Tasks

• Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members
• Remain open in communication to ensure fairness and consistency
• Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial/productivity objectives are met
• Obtain list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments
• Stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies
• Supervise an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public areas
• Understand the impact of the department’s operations on the overall financial goals
