Makeready LLC’s Halcyon Denver property is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead, train, and coach the team to pristine room standards. You will verify cleanliness, manage tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, bilingual communication, and the ability to efficiently supervise multiple rooms and areas. This on-site position supports hotel operations and guest experience in Denver.

Qualifications

• Prior experience highly preferred.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Guest-first mentality and service focus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to clean multiple rooms and areas efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met
• Support Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested. Creating assignments for Team Members
• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work with and train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked
• Ensure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily assigned work to house porter
• Communicate with the Front Office staff of any housekeeping delays or issues and make necessary changes to room status

The Housekeeping Supervisor is proud of the work performed by the housekeeping team and is not afraid to take out the white glove for verification. This person has high expectations and will not sign off on a room unless it sparkles. Their primary role is train and coach their team on checking rooms and common areas by taking pride on a daily basis to meet the operational standards and ensure that the team and guests needs are met.
