About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will oversee the hotel's Housekeeping operations, ensuring our TEAM meets guest needs and delivers exceptional service and performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead our ambitious TEAM by ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. Manage the hotel's Housekeeping operations and motivate the TEAM to meet guest needs and achieve high standards.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Hyatt brand or hotel environment (Hyatt experience preferred)
• Prior work experience required; bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
