Job summary

Tetherow in Bend, Oregon is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager with a salary range of $65k-$75k and a preference for Spanish speaking. The role requires strong leadership and a customer‑service mindset to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, plan schedules, monitor expenditures, manage inventory and purchasing, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organize, and direct the housekeeping team's efforts to maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities.
• Establish and maintain schedules, tasks, priorities, and effectively manage staffing.
• Monitor and manage expenditures; ensure supplies and equipment are inventoried and secured at par levels.
• Recruit, onboard, train, develop and retain housekeeping team members to build a successful team.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards to achieve high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• You will plan, coordinate, organize, and direct the efforts of the housekeeping team to ensure all facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, orderly, and secure condition
• You will establish and maintain successful timelines, schedules, tasks, and priorities and effectively manage staffing
• You will monitor and manage expenditures, and ensure all supplies and equipment are inventoried, secured, and at appropriate par levels
• You will manage the recruitment, onboarding, training, development and retention of housekeeping team members to create a successful team
• You will ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
