Serene Services in Bangor, ME is seeking a Housekeeping Manager/Director to lead the housekeeping department, hire and train staff, and ensure 24/7 facility coverage with structured operations.

You will oversee housekeeping practices in a healthcare setting, requiring leadership and a caring approach to the geriatric population, with a focus on quality and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience working in housekeeping in LTC/SNF facility.
• Previous housekeeping director experience preferred.
• Leadership personality.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to health care facilities.

Responsibilities
