Housekeeping Lobby Attendant PM

Location: US-TX-Frisco

The new Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is more than just the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys; it's a social hub for food, fun, and nightlife. This 16-story hotel features 300 guest rooms and suites, with 24,000 sq ft of meeting space, including ballrooms and an elevated pool deck. The development includes restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, and is connected to The Ford Center, with the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters nearby.

Located 20 minutes north of Dallas downtown and 25 minutes from DFW and Love Field airports, amenities include Neighborhood Services restaurant, Charlotte Jones Collection boutique, a coffee and wine bar, and The Edge pool bar and grill.

Job Description

This role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest public areas, including refreshing spaces for visiting guests.

Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly clean guest areas, including restrooms and trash removal.
2. Restock and replace items in guest areas.
3. Communicate the cleaning status of designated areas.
4. Keep supply carts organized and stocked.
5. Ensure equipment is in good working order before and after use.
6. Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.

Qualifications

1. Strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to stand for 8 hours.
4. Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs.
5. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
6. Experience in housekeeping preferred.
