Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a Housekeeping Linen Runner/Houseperson to support our TEAM by delivering clean linens, restocking supplies, and maintaining organized service areas. This full-time role offers growth opportunities through our Management Development Program and a benefits package.

You will join a friendly team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences, with flexible scheduling and a focus on cleanliness and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or housekeeping experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a TEAM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen, towels, cribs, cots, and guest-requested items to guest rooms.
• Collect and transport soiled linen and trash from guest floors and service areas.
• Restock linen closets, housekeeping carts, and floor pantries.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping areas.
• Clean and maintain guest floors, hallways, public areas, and restrooms.
• Assist Room Attendants with daily housekeeping needs as requested.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost & found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.
