Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a leadership housekeeping position.
• High School education required; post-high school preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong time management and guest-service orientation.
• Experience training or supervising a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Ensure staff have supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce compliance.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed (beds, vacuuming, cleaning).
• Supervise shift operations and communicate with management.
