Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks an Inspections Floor Supervisor to inspect rooms and public areas, ensuring brand standards and safety compliance. You will support room attendants, provide coaching, and resolve issues across the shift.

You will lead through hands-on involvement, guide staff, and maintain high quality throughout operations, contributing to guest satisfaction and smooth hotel workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
