Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Provide feedback to room attendants to drive quality.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment, and PPE.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them.
• Complete accident investigations and prevent repeats.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds and vacuuming.
• Verify status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Move heavy furniture when required.
• Notify maintenance of repairs needed.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness including exterior areas.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
