Aramark Nexus is hiring a Housekeeping Lead to support hospitality operations at the Caprock Workforce Community near Pampa, Texas. You will lead a custodial team in maintaining guest accommodations, common areas, and facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Custodial experience required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily tasks to custodial team.
• Oversee completion and ensure quality of work.
• Address performance issues with leadership.
• Train new and existing staff as needed.
• Clean assigned areas to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Follow trash storage and disposal procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns via work orders.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Ensure asset and facility security.
