Aramark Corporation's Aramark Nexus is hiring a Housekeeping Lead to support hospitality operations at the Caprock Workforce Community near Pampa, Texas. You will lead a custodial team, manage daily tasks, and ensure clean, safe guest accommodations and shared spaces to enhance resident comfort and experience.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory and custodial experience, can work independently with limited supervision, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Previous custodial experience.
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team.
• Oversees the completion of tasks and ensures quality of work.
• Partner with department leadership to address performance deficiencies of custodial team.
• Participate in training of new employees and retraining of staff as needed.
• Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Maintains a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work environment.
• Thoroughly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment including compliance with Aramark regulations.
• Ensures security of company assets and facility, with doors and storage areas properly secured.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience as a Lead Housekeeper, Lead Hotel Housekeeper, Environmental Services Technician Lead, Custodian Lead, or Hospitality Cleaning Professional who take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

As a Housekeeper Lead, you will play an important role with your team in maintaining guest accommodations, common areas, and facilities throughout the community. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly impact the comfort, safety, and overall experience of residents and guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with department leadership to address performance deficiencies of custodial team.

• Participate in training of new employees and re-training of employees, as needed.

• Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards and requirements.

• Maintains a clean, tidy, and clutter free work environment to mitigate safety hazards.

• Thoroughly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.

• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.

• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel.

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with appropriate accredited agencies and Aramark regulations.

• Ensures security of company assets and facility, ensuring doors and equipment storage areas are locked/unlocked, as required.
