Qualifications

• 3–5 years in housekeeping or environmental services leadership.
• Experience supervising housekeeping teams in high-volume spaces.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or residential communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for a large residential community.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping managers and staff.
• Establish and enforce cleaning, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Oversee room cleaning, turnover, and inspections.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Facilities, and Security.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and productivity.
