Benedictine is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping and laundry team, ensuring high cleanliness standards and infection control across the facility. The role involves training staff, setting responsibilities, and conducting performance reviews to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

The position emphasizes discharges and room turnovers, with a focus on consistent, quality service and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Two years of supervisory experience.
