Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection, training, development, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Complete resident discharges and prepare rooms for next admission.
