Job summary

Suburban Woods Health & Rehabilitation in Springtown, PA, is seeking a full-time Housekeeping/Laundry Associate to maintain a clean, homelike environment and ensure high sanitation standards for residents. You will manage daily laundry operations, follow health policies, and work with a caring team to support resident well-being.

The position offers on-site work with a pay rate of $50,000 per year, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and quality laundry services.
• Direct the overall operations of the housekeeping and laundry department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection-control policies and company procedures.

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and provide quality laundry services through directing the overall operations of the department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:
