Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping/laundry.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, assignments, workflow, and performance.
• Organize staffing schedules and coverage; manage shift replacements.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and high service standards across departments.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly facility areas; oversee laundry operations.
• Maintain infection prevention protocols in coordination with clinical leadership.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and sanitation regulations; support audits and readiness.
• Maintain records related to staffing, supplies, equipment, and operations; monitor inventory.
