Your leadership directly impacts daily comfort and long-term satisfaction in our facility. We value someone with housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare, proven supervisory skills, and a commitment to infection control and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Has leadership or supervisory experience in housekeeping or laundry operations.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Understands infection control and sanitation protocols in long-term care or healthcare settings.
• Demonstrates genuine care for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping and Laundry Staff: hire, train, supervise, and evaluate.
• Schedule department activities aligned with census and labor budgets.
• Order and manage supply levels while maintaining budget controls.
• Oversee cleaning tasks: mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, disinfection.
• Conduct routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance.
• Provide instruction on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures.
• Ensure consistent linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organized supply rooms.
