Job summary

Allure HCS is hiring a Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents. You will hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff, and coordinate with Nursing and other departments.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations


• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff


• Maintain cleaning schedules and department organization


• Manage supplies, inventory, and ordering


• Coordinate services with Nursing and other departments


• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting


• Follow infection control and safety procedures


• Protect residents’ private health information


• Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns


• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and caring home for our residents
